Holding Payments to Charge Fees

I had almost paid off my credit card..I had about $90 left to pay..I had always mailed in my payment for years a few days ahead of time and it had posted in time...well once it was almost paid off they started charging me late fees..they were obvisously holding my payments to make money on fees...I had to start mailing my payments two weeks early to beat them to the punch...in all they made about an extra hundred off of me..and dont bother trying to get the fees waived..they only credit half..tight bastards...and on another note..we had a car financed through them..which got hit by a drunk driver..it was totaled..the insurance paid the whole price of the car except for $700 I tried to make payments on this because we had to get another car in the meantime...and they made it impossible..and turned it into a charged off on our credit...when they got all their money minus the 700 within 2yrs...and my husband also took out a small loan with them..a few years later..like we hadnt learnt our lesson already...well he changed bank accounts...i was there when he called to give the new banking info..well a few months later...he realized the never took the money from his new account at all...they billed him for a bunch of late fees and threatened that he had to make a huge payment...so he refused...and now they are trying to garnish his wages...they have some lame lawyers...paris mutha fricken paris...or something demanding a down payment and high monthly payments...he didnt even get to go to court to state his side..i know it seems as though he should have noticed the payments werent being taken..but they were only like $45 every two weeks..so it wasnt really noticable..and my husband did his part by providing the new info...it doesnt even matter to them that he has the girls name he gave the banking info to..NEVER DEAL with these corrupt jerks...put them out of business...these are three seperate bad experiences with the same rip off company...
