HSBC Auto Customer Service Reps are incompetent. I have two auto accounts with HSBC and the payments are due on two separate dates; however I always write two separate checks but I mail them both in the same envelope...(two seperate checks along with two seperate payment coupons).

These idiots always apply both checks to one account and then send me notices that my Mercedes account is past due/deliquent. They've even had the nerve to send me a repo letter. Every month I have to call these idiots to correct their mistake.

They suck and I'm working to have my accout re-financed with someone else.
