HSBC had a
mediation summons served on my 91 year
old mother last week. She has trouble hearing and walking due to a stroke a few years back. The summons says she is not allowed to bring any WITNESSES........I am her daughter and I am going whether they like it or not. I have to drive her to the courthouse anyway. I HATE HSBC. I had a card with them also I guess they will be after me next. What a bunch of greedy
crooks. You can't deal with them because they are so crooked. They do not understand that people have lost
jobs and have much less
money than they did thanks to the Republicans

Watch because they will just change there name 4 differnt time to screw your credit report up and show you owe that $$ 4 times on your report. I know had the credit card under a differnt name and then a car note(Household Auto loan)that they called and called if you were a day late. I told them to come get the car if they were that worried about it-
